Event: Merchant City Vintage Festival 26th & 27th July

Thursday, July 24th, 2014

If you happen to be in Glasgow this weekend (along with 200,000 Commonwealth Games ticket holders) you should definitely pop into the Merchant City to check out the Vintage Festival!

There’s tons going on, fancy Swing Dance lessons or a 1920’s brunch? There’s stalls packed with vintage clothing and some amazing club nights! There will also be a Vintage Makeover Salon, where I’ll be doing vintage inspired nail art with my good pals (and amazing nail techs) Lianne, from Swoon Nails, and Sacha Currie.

We’ll be in Merchant Square with the rest of the hair and beauty team from 10am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday, there are walk-in appointments available but you’re best to book tickets here to avoid disappointment.

Nail art will be £15 per person, which includes a file and polish. We’ll be applying our Vintage decals and hand painting polkadots and half moons. We won’t have decals with us to sell, but you can always head two minutes down the road to 7 King Street and pick them up from our good friends at Minted.
