Bloody Mary Metal Collaboration

Wednesday, July 30th, 2014

“For me, Bloody Mary Metal is about craftsmanship, telling stories and tales through fashion and design, and its about standing up for what you believe in.” – Lucy WIlson (Creator, Director & Jeweller)

If you don’t know about Bloody Mary Metal then where have you been?! You’ve no doubt seen stacks of their iconic rings adorning the fingers of the coolest people on Instagram, and since nails and rings go hand in hand (excuse the pun) we just had to collaborate. The BMM X DIY nail decals will launch on our website in a few weeks, so head over to Bloody Mary Metal to buy them now!

BMM Team

We love this set so much! The simple black decals are so striking and look awesome over almost any nail polish colour. What’s your favourite symbol in the set?

Vintage Fair: Photos

Wednesday, July 30th, 2014

As you’ll know from my previous post, I spent the weekend painting nails at the Vintage Salon in Merchant Square, as part of the Merchant City Festival. The kitsch set-up, hoards of super cute hair stylists, makeup artists & nail girls (ahem) and retro music meant the venue was buzzing and I met so many wonderful people!

I even managed to convince the lovely Kay to do my hair, what do you think of it? My hair is naturally very fine and super straight, so I felt like a film star with these curls.

Thanks so much to Lianne at Swoon Nails for getting Sacha and I the gig! Did any of you attend the Festival in Glasgow this weekend, or get your hair/nails/make-up done? I’d love to see your pictures.
